It seems to be just another one of the colored houses in Valparaiso, but it is one of the most famous restaurants in the area (or at least so I was told). It specializes in Chilean cuisine. I would recommend their seafood and fish (it is all very fresh), but you can also have steaks and salads. It has an indoor dining room with a large window overlooking the harbor, which makes it a very bright place. It also has a terrace, ideal for hot days.

A beautiful place in a spectacular setting. A coast full of life, with pelicans and seagulls close to the marina. The views are spectacular. They eat fish of all kinds and other typical Chilean food such as oysters.
In a corner of the central coast of Chile, specifically on Tabo Beach, is the Terraquincho, a typical restaurant, well known for its food (based mainly on seafood), decoration and a pleasant atmosphere! Run by the owners. I recommend coming here to eat especially in the winter time, when the central coast is at its best, and when there are fewer tourists! :)
Maururu, Thanks for your congratulations. Now we are still located at the harbor of Hanga Piko, but we have moved back south of Hanga Piko with a great view of the ocean and unforgettable sunsets and of course our menu with "Specialty seafood . "
This restaurant is located in the center of Petorca, in a colonial style house where one can see some beautiful and very friendly peacocks during lunch on the courtyard. They walk inbetween the tables without disturbing anyone and act as wonderful decoration in the courtyard of the restaurant.
Because our Lan flight was delayed (it was supposed to leave at 14.10 but didn't until 19.30), we were provided with food vouchers for this Belgian-Polynesian restaurant. We got to choose between two options, garlic shrimp or chicken curry, both accompanied with rice. The food was good and the atmosphere is very nice.
A great variety of exquisite food, a wonderful atmosphere throughout the year, delicious grilled meats and the best thing is that diners can choose what to eat as there is no menu. I recommend that you visit if you are in northern Chile.
Half a block from the Plaza Anibal Pinto lies this traditional German bar, well known throughout Valparaiso. If you ask almost everybody will know where it can be found. Those who know and like German food, this place has delicacies. The marine-themed décor is very striking. It is a recommended place for the picturesque and traditional cuisine and for those who like beer . It is worth mentioning that it comes out to be of average price and not cheap.
THIS RESTORAN IS IN ALGARROBO. IT HAS A WONDERFUL SEA VIEW, AS WELL AS BEING VERY WELL LOCATED, JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE ROAD TO CASABLANCA. PASTA, STONEBAKED PIZZA, AND THE REST OF THE FISH BASED MENU WON'T EVER BORE YOU, ITS DELICIOUS. FOR EXAMPLE, THE panzotti STUFFED WITH SMOKED SALMON WITH A CREAMY CRAB SAUCE IS TO DIE FOR, AND IM NOT GOING TO TALK ABOUT THE PARMESAN CLAMS, I THINK THEY'RE THE BEST THING ABOUT ALGARROBO. AT NIGHT THE ENVIRONMENT IS VERY ROMANTIC and entertaining. I'D RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT A DOUBT.
This restaurant serves typical food that's very filling. You definitely have to try a dish or two or three, otherwise you take it home and it's ready for the next day's lunch. It's very delicious and warm. The service is a bit slow because it's always packed, and there's a relaxed atmosphere!
The menu is best if you opt for something strong, rich, and inexpensive. This island is economical so you can certainly find good prices at this spot. They sell fast food, complete, as, pizzas, meals, juices, beverages. The specialty of the house is hitu chips, a dish that brings chips, chives, cheese sauce, meat. 4500 price is great for two people for the dish, I recommend this place =)
